The chefs Tabata and Ludovic Mey invest the Tour Rose, an emblematic building of the Old Lyon, to create the Food Traboule. A food court bringing together 12 chefs, 2 bars, and 1 coffee shop in this 600 m² Renaissance building. Anchored in Lyon’s architecture, the place is inspired by the covered and narrow passages that allow people to circulate from one street to another to create traboules dedicated to gastronomy.
A place thought as an invitation to travel, the Collectif Saône has given each of the 7 rooms its own atmosphere. And to accompany the singular visual identity of these spaces, what could be better than the variations in colors and mounting systems offered by FrenchFlair Audio products?

AS-3s are placed in the cozy manor house, around its imposing fireplace and comfortable armchairs. Adorned in black and gold, the speakers adopt the colors of the signs.
Upstairs, the green facades of the AS-5s emphasize the winter garden atmosphere created under the large glass roof. The use of Trapeze suspensions gives an aerial aspect to the speakers, which are mixed with hanging plants and light garlands. The rest of the journey takes place in a cabinet of curiosities, an old restaurant car, a herbalist’s shop…
But the atmospheres are not only visual, they are also sonorous. And to meet Hikko’s technical requirements, the AS-3s are available in 8 ohm or 100 V versions, with AS-5s alone or in association with AS-S10 cabinets to ensure a higher sound level. The variety of the models, the hangings, the finishes and the complementarity of the AS range allowed to answer the technical and aesthetic requirements of the place, and contribute to make the opening of Food Traboule the culinary event of this beginning of the year in Lyon.
